CO2 rises in an ice age

Nuclear power turns enriched uranium into plutonium.  The most toxic substance known to man!  Since Chernobyl is has required annual insurance of 40 billion.  He Carries a criminally insufficient 50 million.

Since Fukushima in 2010 the required insurance has been 100 billion.  So the United Nations is under the legal imperative to shut down every nuclear power plant on earth.
