If you have five to this you are a degree level physicist!  The simple explanation is at four neutrons, number every oxygen ion into four hydrogen ions, and three electrons!

So we have converted our steam plasma into hydrogen plasma.  And now we get our big energy release.  B a hydrogen ions bonded to neutrons.  To for the radioactive tritium.  Which fisherman's almost instantly into heat light and X rays.

7 H⁺+2n⁻→E²+L+X-ray
