Every 3 seconds around the world there is a lightening strike - set up for a heavy rain or snow doing nuclear fusion in the air around the earth.

So the turbulence of heavy rain or snow in the pressurised storms exceeds the 1 Watt for a hydrogen ions from adjacent water molecules to fuse.

So this process goes on quite happily in the arctic air at -50° C in winter.  So nature has no trouble doing nuclear fusion from regular water molecules.  It does not need to be heavy water!  Just regular water molecules.

Which is why it geographers have noted that some clouds the to the creation of helium ions and X rays - of which there is no chemical source.

So where ever we smell ozone, nature is doing molecular nuclear fusion, for turbulent flow of high pressure water or steam.

The deep sea currents or all the time doing molecular nuclear fusion.  Leading to the formation of helium and ozone gases from that deep and the emission of X rays and light flashes.

Geographers have also noted, that lightening causes the formation of neutrons.  The water molecules is stripped into positive ions and free electrons.  As nature does 1.

Then we get the recombination of the hydrogen ions and free electrons.  Which do not annihilate!  They bond to form a neutron.

To flee the hydrogen is converted to strings of neutrons.  Which then I Ltd. by a lightening strike.  In a confined glass cylinder, we can striker a steam plasma.

Now the neutrons bond with a tight nuclei, to cause repeated nuclear fission into hydrogen ions and free electrons.  And then we get the burning of matter into heat light and X rays.

All very technical!  I calculated the energy emissions from a steam plasma, but my American friend practically confirmed it.  He did not pressurise the plasma, so we need to use 13-120 W to maintain the plasma.  At four atmospheres it should self sustain with no external current.

A 30x1cm steam plasma they've rates a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Doing 3.  My local MP says she's fascinated by carbon zero power.  That here is how to do it!

Our steam plasma will liberate 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Also be using light and even X rays.  Low power and of no consequence!  It would provide little suns to stimulate photosynthesis.

So agreed a steam plasmas below a little flotation balloons, would illuminate a field throughout winter.  And allow two harvests in the north of England or Scotland.

And each farm has a little steam plasma linked to a plasma kilowatts steam turbine.  The 1 MW of heat, pass the steam turbine to provide 500 kW of mains linked AC current.

Each house needs 8 kW.  Farms up to 20 kW during harvest.  So the national grid will pay us 12,500 every year for our carbon zero mains electricity.  Enough for six houses!  Totally carbon neutral.

Involving no fossil fuel burn.  An absolute no radioactive materials involved.  Present uranium nuclear power requires annual insurance cover of 100 billion for 100 MW power plant.

They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.  The United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every operating nuclear power plant in the world.

They can all switch over to say a clean and nontoxic plasma power.  Which produces carbon zero electricity - they are no radioactive waste, and not even any life enhancing carbon dioxide.

Plans converts extra come dioxide into additional plant biomass, within 5 minutes!  Leaving just a preindustrial two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air.  It's static level since before industry - since before even man involved.

Above the arctic ice In winter there is no photosynthesis.  Carbon dioxide levels spiked in winter four PPM.  At -50° C.  Then spring comes and photosynthesis resumes in the seas.  And we are back to temperate average of two PPM carbon dioxide.

Carbon dioxide is very much not a warming gas!  Is levels track the wax and wane of photosynthesis.  So during the little ice age of the 18th century, Europe was a an average of -20° C.

And carbon dioxide was back to V Jurassic level of four PPM.  In the Jurassic there was 85% more life on earth.  Sea levels were 60 metres lower.  They generally warm age, with three natural ice ages.

The men record teaches is that carbon dioxide spiked at 8 PPM.  Four times the capped 2 PPM the temperate earth has today.

A level fix by nature.  Man could not alter if he tried!  Photosynthesis limits free carbon dioxide to just a trace level of two parts per million.

So carbon emissions boost local life.  Plans convertsing the additional carbon dioxide into additional plant biomass within 5 minutes.  Extra plant life leads inevitably to extra animal life.  Nuclear power kills all life!

So the garage harvest can set up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma - we've been back that remove them and to lecturers by to maintain the plasma.  Generating 500 kW using a commercially sourced little steam turbine.

Getting an annual income from the national grid of three million UK pounds a year.  For all that lovely carbon zero power.  Am waiting for Rebecca long Bailey MP to reply.  Boris Johnson is paid to promote manmade climate change.

So there's also remained totally silent about carbon zero power.  That pays!  So electricity and heat that pays the house owner farmer.

The plasma power plant will use just 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year.  We have a spring loaded 5cc water reservoir, which will never need topping up before the plant is destroyed!  And burn and years or less.

So far without any petrol or diesel burn.  Just a bottle of distilled water.  For ever!
