I asked the Internet or what happens when a hydrogen ions bond steam electron.  It turns out there proton electrons combined, to form a neutron!

So when an electron and collided with a hydrogen ion, two or more neutrons are produced!  An neutrons are the uninder of matter.

So a steam plasma ends up as a hydrogen plasma, with less energy.  Two neutrons and bond with each hydrogen ions.  To cause nuclear fission.  Into heat light and X rays.  The matter has been decomposed!

Do all the neutrons end up as energy light and X rays?  I do not know.  And no documents on high June fission have been published.

Without any fossil fuel burn and no hyper toxic uranium nuclear fission.  Present uranium nuclear power is so toxic it requires annual insurance cover of 100 billion.  They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.

So the United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every operating nuclear power plant in the world.  As there is no commercially available insurance above one billion a year.

So uranium nuclear power is, and always will be criminally under insured.  And the main risk to human life on earth!  They experience a triple core meltdown around the world every 25 years.

Spraying radioactive waste over the continent.  Chernobyl in 1986.  Fukushima her in 2010.  Nuclear power is the most fundamentally on green Energy System ever.  Uninsurable and toxic.

In contrast are plasma power plant utilising and produces no radioactive isotopes.  Not even any  He3.  It produces just white heat and X rays.

So our 50x1cm glass cylinder at four atmospheres, releases 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  The total cure to the fictitious manmade climate change.  Heat with no carbon dioxide!

In the real world green plants gobble up extra carbon dioxide, so within 5 minutes extra come dioxide is back as active plant biomass.  Which the fossil fuels were in prehistory!  Plant and animal biomass.

Mankind could not increase the carbon dioxide in the temperate earth he feed tried.  Above the arctic ice In winter we had twice the temperate level.  Around the temperate earth carbon dioxide is capped at just two parts per million.

Over the arctic ice In winter, we have four PPM carbon dioxide.  Air temperature -50° C.  So very much not global warming!  And static trace gas has no affect on anything.
